Is paying by credit card online secure?
Yes, using a credit card to pay for your order is completely secure. All information is encrypted when it is sent to us and cannot be accessed by outside parties when being transmitted. Additionally, after we receive you order, all information is stored on a secure server that cannot be accessed from the internet. We are using a 128-bit SSL issued by GeoTrust. This certificate can be verified by clicking on the seal located in the left column on every page on our website. If you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone there is a payment option "Call With Payment". After placing your order you will need to call Customer Service to provide your credit card information over the phone.

Are there design limitations?
Copyright law prohibits Urban Liphe from reproducing copyrighted, trademarked or patented logos. You agree, represent and warrant that no such logos submitted by you to Urban Liphe will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that no logos submitted by you to Urban Liphe will contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are, and shall remain, solely responsible for the content of any logos you make. You are responsible for obtaining the rights to reproduce any logos that are copyrighted, trademarked or patented. Urban Liphe will not be responsible for any copyright, trademark or patent infringement by creating items for you.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. However, orders may take up to 3 weeks before shipping due to product stock levels, customizations, or other unforeseen circumstances. The day you place your order does not count in manufacturing time. Items with extra customization may take an additional 5-10 business days for manufacturing. If there is a specific date that you need the product please specify the date during checkout AND contact a Customer Service Representative to ensure we can meet your time line. Selecting express or overnight shipping does not imply that your order will be shipped that day or any specific date that you list.
We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on www.urbanliphe.com. In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified.
You will be billed for items purchased with a credit card upon purchase. You will receive an email when the items are readied for shipping.

Can I have my order rushed?
Yes, orders can be rushed, however, additional charges may apply. Please call us to ensure we can meet your deadline! You will not be charged extra unless the charges are authorized by the card holder. If we see a potential problem with the order and it being classified as a rush order we will contact you first before starting the order. If you would like to know how much it would cost to have your product rushed, please contact Customer Service.

Can I make changes to my order?
Changes cannot be made to your order after 3 hours from the order being placed. At that time your order is put into production and changes cannot be made. Once you receive your order you may return it by following the return instructions.

I need my order by a specific date.
Remember to put the date you would like your product by in the Special Instructions box for the product AND contact a Customer Service Representative to ensure we can meet your time line. Express and Overnight shipping methods will decrease the shipping time, but do not affect manufacturing time.
Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination. Be sure and CALL prior to placing your order to receive an estimated delivery date.
Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links. Please call to receive your estimated delivery date.

Can't add products to basket/Empty basket issues
If you are having troubles with adding items to your basket and keeping them in your basket while you are shopping you will need to check your internet browser's cookie settings. Make sure they are set either to Medium High or lower. If you cannot or do not want to change your cookie settings, you can add http://urbanliphe.com to your allowed sites and it will correct this issue. Urban Liphe uses cookies to enable a faster shopping experience and some computers have set their internet settings to the level High for security reasons.

How will my order be shipped?
We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. You will sometimes have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Urban Liphe's international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

What countries do you ship to?
Urban Liphe ships orders all across the United States, its territories, and to Canada. At this time we do not ship orders to any other country. If you would like your order shipped to another country we recommend you have your order shipped to someone residing in the United States and have them ship the order to you.

How do I track my shipment?
Every package sent by Urban Liphe has either a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. This number will be emailed to you when your order is packed and ready to ship. The email will be sent to the address associated with your Shipping Address. You can also check your order status and tracking information online at www.urbanliphe.com. Click the account button and log in to the account you created when you placed your order. At the top of the page there is a button to view your order history.

I only received part of my order.
Urban Liphe will occasionally ship your order partially if one or more pieces will cause a significant delay in shipment. Also if we cannot meet a deadline for your order we may ship part of your order so that you will at least receive some of it on time. Jewelry and engraved items always ship separately from clothing in your order. We do not charge you any extra for this. We try to ship all orders as a whole. Some reasons for shipping your order partial are out of stock/back ordered items, jewelry or engraved items, or items with extra customization added.

Can I customize my order?
Yes, we can customize your items almost any way you wish. We can add customizations to the sleeves, back, side, collar, hood, pocket, etc. to almost any item we sell. Many of these customization are available directly on the product pages. If you would like at add additional customizations to a product please contact Customer Service for available customizations and current prices.

What options are there for customization?
We can add embrodiery, silk screening, and sequins to almost any product that we sell. Some customizations may not be available for all products. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.

Can I return all/part of my order?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you purchase from Urban Liphe. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 3 days of delivery for an 80% refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees. The item must be unworn & unwashed. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA #. Your credit will be issued after we receive the item and verify its condition.

I received damaged or defective clothing.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of Urban Liphe.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you call. If possible please photograph the package before opening it and inspecting the contents.

How do I return an item/order?
If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
1. Please call Customer Service to receive RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any items returned without a RMA # will be refused.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include your name, phone number, reason for the return, and RMA #. All items must be returned in good condition, to insure credit. Please write the RMA # on the outside of the package.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use and insured and trackable method for your return. Keep the Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not held accountable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are being shipped back to us.

How will I be credited?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled up to 3 hours after the order was placed. Any cancellations after 3 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To cancel your order please contact a Customer Service Representative as soon as possible. If you file a fraudulent charge back claim there will be a $35 fee added to your order. Once you receive the item(s) you may return it or them by following the return instructions.

Why did Urban Liphe cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled in part or in full by Urban Liphe for a variety of reasons including:
Item is no longer available or on back order longer than 2 weeks
Difficulty in processing your payment information
Inability to ship to address provided
Existence of a duplicate order
Orders containing rude, obscene or otherwise offensive material as deemed by Urban Liphe
Customers who are determined to be rude, offensive, or unresponsive
Other reasons not specifically outlined here
If your order is canceled, you will be notified via e-mail. You will not be billed for any canceled items. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be re-processed and must be re-submitted. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those that are no longer available, contact us for suggestions.
